How can I get around with no car during the pdr repair?
We have a corporate relationship with enterprise rent-a-car. If you have rental coverage on your policy we will set up the reservation for you and if you do not have rental coverage we will cover the rental cost for you.
How long do repairs take?
We can have your car back to you within a few days after approval from your insurance company. Time is also dependent on parts and arrival time. As we do not use paints, our repairs take much less time to complete. Our work does not need drying or curing time, and so as soon as we have completed the work, you can drive your vehicle away.
How do you make the process convenient for me?
We make the whole process for you as easy as possible. We can help with filing the claim, as soon as that is done we get you into a rental vehicle and we take it from there. Once your vehicle is in our shop we will create the estimate, schedule the insurance agent for approval and then complete the repairs. Once the repairs have been completed we meet back up with you to give you back your vehicle fully restored from the hail damage.
